KFC — Restaurant in Clarksville

I am at KFC on MADISON STREET right now waiting for my food. The lady taking our order took part of the order and said hold on... after waiting almost 10 min to finish our order, she came back asking to take our order. We finished our order and pulled forward. Spent $46.58. She then came back and said it was going ti be 15 min for our biscuits, did we want to wait... I said YES. She rolled her eyes and slammed the window. Then came back with our credit card and 1 drink. We asked for the other, she rudely answered she was just clearing the order.. and the whole time she was making my drink, glaring at me. She handed ther drink to us and told us to pull forward. We are still waiting... her name us Kayla (rm) underneath her name. Surely SHE IS NOT the manager. I have NEVER wrote a review about anyone, but this type of customer service is NOT acceptable!!!! I could understand if they were busy... but this wasn't the case. There was none in line, and only 2 cars in the parking lot. So there was no reason for her to have such a sour attitude! Clearly she is in the wrong line of work or shouldn't be dealing with customers!! Because of her disrespectful, rude behavior, we just paid our LAST visit to Kentucky...

Extremely rude staff! I just ordered the 8 piece meal through the drive thru and asked for mashed potatoes and macaroni for my two sides. When I came to the window the lady who just took my order asked if I said green beans and macaroni. I shook my head and said mashed potatoes and macaroni. Then a different lady handed me the bag and I checked to make sure I had what I ordered. I did in fact have green beans and no mashed potatoes. So I waited a moment at the window to correct it and when lady number two came back to the window she looked at me and threw her hands in the air. She then swung open the windows and very rudely asked what the problem was. I explain and she argues that the mashed potatoes are in the bag. Then lady number one pops her head out the window and says mashed potatoes will be another $4. I was not going to argue with them over mashed potatoes but when the mistake was made on their end they should have given me what I ordered and not charged me anything extra. I frequent this establishment alot and on my recent visit I ordered 3 of the 3 piece meals with an additional mac n cheese for a $1.00 all white meat for each meal. When I got to work and looked in the bag, the order was all wrong. They had put all thighs and one drum stick with cole slaw and green beans and no mac n cheese for either order. So i called back and told the manager on duty about it, well needless to say he was very short with me and didnt take my name down so when I did go back to get my replacement order the assistant MOD told me because he didn't write it down or tell her about it, she couldn't make the order right.
