Last week placed an order online, went to pick it up from the establishment, management told me they never received the order. I was been told I have to call and give it ring review and a refund with that particular order even after joining them the receipt that the order was paid for and was confirmed for that address. So I made the phone call got my refund got back in line and reordered. After placing my order and paying for it young lady at the drive-up window asked me to pull into a parking spot and my order would be bought out to my car. I sat out in my car for more than 20 minutes never receiving my orders. I saw other customers pull up to the drive-thru window received their order and drive off. Even though customers go inside come out with their order I went inside the establishment to find out why my order has not been bought out to me yet the young lady inside was very rude very unprofessional and I was talking to the manager to ask why it was taking so long to get my order the young lady who had my order in her hand threw it up on the counter and told me that I could take my food and get out, or I can leave it on the counter and still get out. After that service, I called corporate office and registered a formal complaint. Even after telling that manager and that young lady that I was calling corporate I was told by the young lady"I can call anybody I want to, she doesn't particularly care who I call" I believe the young lady that was working the window that day and that management should be fired...
Read moreOkay, I wanted to leave so bad but I loved chicken too much. I went through the drive thru,and this lady was so rude. I pull up and she immediately says, "what do you want"?. I asked if I may have a few minutes to look at the menu,(there was no one behind me) and she said "just tell me what you're looking for". I then said I just need to look myself and she sighed. After that,I was almost immediately ready,and ask for chicken and not chicken tenders (because that's what they usually give me). She then says "what count",and I say "4 please ". Well,she argued with me for about 3 minutes because apparently she was asking if I wanted chicken tenders. Super confusing. Then we finally figure that out,and she says "side?". I literally was opening my mouth to speak,and she says "okay,mash potatoes is fine. Drink?". I then asked if they had Mac and cheese and she said "MA'AM! WHAT DRINK?". I was so irritated because I usually go to Popeyes (which is also not very good) so I didn't know their menu to well. I get to the window,and she just wanted to tell me it was clear I've never been here before.... Okay, I'm fine eating at my house...

Went to the window and paid and was told to pull up and it’d be out in about 5 minutes. 20 had passed and I started to get annoyed as I was the only customer on the premises. I called the store from the parking lot to check on my order, no one answered. 5 minutes later, I went in and about 5 employees were all standing around and playing in the kitchen. They tried to take my order as if I was a new customer and I told them I had been waiting on my food for 20+ minutes and that I didn’t even want it anymore and to give me a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and made my complaints and the general manager was coming up with every excuse in the book as to why my food wasn’t done and why no one answered the phone. I then asked for my information to be passed to the owner so I could make a formal complaint (which never happened) because the level of service I received was SUBPAR.
