Wingstop — Restaurant in Clarksville

I wish I could give 1/2⭐️ rating. I have tried to eat from this location a few times now and the taste of the food declines more and more each time. I thought if I would try again later on down road it would get better but NOOOOOOO.I called to complain to management and she was VERY unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and ignorant. Stopping thru town on our way home and got some dinner. Right from the get go it seemed like how dare we not order off the app. Got the food and sat down the typical 15 to 20 min wait witch is normal but then the food came out in bags like ok get out. As we sat there we had to listen to the staff complain about thier shifts scheduled then 3 of the staff from the back came out and ate but thier food was on trays so I know they have them. Very disappointed with my experience. I called to place an order, and the cashier put me on hold for 9 minutes. When I called back, she answered immediately and took my order, which made it clear she wasn’t actually busy during the first call. She told me the food would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I arrived 31 minutes later, it still wasn’t ready.
