The 2x National Champion Belgian Wit (AVB 5.2 IBU 17) was phenomenal. It's one of the best Belgians I've ever tasted... smooth and refreshing. The flight of beers had one Belgian Wit, one IPA, and two lagers. All four beers were distinct in flavor and color. Try the flight. It's well worth it. The steak was exquisite. Cooked to perfection and had a beautiful, clear taste. The burger was amazing. Juicy, tender, and the right amount of pink (medium). I added Gouda and chose not to add any condiments so that I could get the full flavor of the beef. Phil took me to the back to see the brewery. That's where the beer magic happens. The staff was helpful and took the time to actually wait on us. We will be back again.

Wow! We stopped while traveling through Kansas. Great place in a small town. More than we expected. Burger topped with spinach dip was very good. Gyros special sandwich was good, too. I'm not usually tempted by dessert but the Tres Leches cake was great. And then there are the beers. We sampled most of them and had a hard time deciding what to take home! We have visited quite a few breweries and we really like the beers they make here. One of our favorite breweries. Don't forget to buy a tshirt for a discount on take-out beers.

Phenomenal experience. We hit the road from Topeka to see what the brewery had to offer and found an absolute gem of a restaurant, brewery, and overall customer-oriented atmosphere. Portion sizes are incredible as well — we’d already eaten half the “side” of fried pickles when I snapped the attached picture of this incredible BLT. Literally “piled on” thick-cut, black pepper, delicious strips of bacon. Legit. We also had the totchos. The brewer, server, and table runners were awesome. We will be back!

We ordered a mushroom-Swiss burger with side salad/honey mustard as well as a medium-rare 4 oz sirloin with waffle fries. We also had a side of green beans. The burger had so much pepper it was unbearable and the burger was dry. Green beans were blanched with no seasoning; no garlic, no onion, no salt. My husband's steak was cooked medium instead of medium rare and the steak itself was tough to eat as well. The only good thing about this meal was the honey mustard dressing which I am sure it was from a bottle and the waffle fries which I am sure they came frozen. We would have been better off taking our 29 dollars, driving to Manhattan with 2 babies and eating at Texas Roadhouse for a better burger and steak. Yes, it would have been a little extra but in the long run we would have had a better meal, leftovers for the next day and a full belly. Also I would have gotten my side salad. I did not receive it in the initial order. We will not...

They already had a decent crowd when I pulled up, but I was immediately greeted at the door. Sat at the bar and again, immediately greeted. I got a margarita and fried pickles to start...my go to anywhere I eat. Menu said spicy pickles....they weren't, but they were fantastic. I was expecting more though, for a $10 appetizer. I got the special of the night (Surf and Turf) which came with a side salad, 10 oz ribeye and 5 Jumbo Shrimp, roasted red potatoes and French Green beans.. Definitely would have chose something else if I knew it was $36, though. Didn't even eat half my meal, but also grabbed a slice of some Heavenly looking cake to take home with me lol. Little more than I was thinking I would be spending but overall happy. you know you have a great meal when you don't have to add salt, pepper or anything...
