Taco Bell — Restaurant in Clay Township

I usually eat at this location a couple of times per week. Today I could not understand the girl working the drive through, I accidentally ordered diet coke with my meal, She informed me they only have pepsi products, in return I appologized and replied diet pepsi. Upon recieving my food I found that I got a Diet Mt dew, so I went inside ask a different cap becuase i didnt or Mtdew. The cashier put her food down and began to argue with me and said she tried to clarify the drink order, I told I could not understand her (seeing that she was in the middle eating, i assume that her mouth was full when taking my order thus why couldnt underatand her. SHE NEEDS TO LEARN NOT TO ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER, AND EAT DURING BREAK NOT WHILE...

The food was very good. We were hungry, so we ordered a lot. I asked for one of my tacos to be made without lettuce, but the young lady made it with lettuce. Without missing a beat, she caught the error, and made it correctly, and gave us the error taco for no charge. That is good service. The only problem with our visit is the ordering process. The kiosk is a pain in the butt. The employees were just standing in the food prep area, while we are trying to use this ridiculous touchscreen. We do not plan on returning, unless we use the drive-thru. Put someone at the counter to take orders. Treat folks as though they aren't a burden by patronizing...

I have some experience with real Mexican food. My mother is a great example of a traditionally trained Mexican, rather Mexican American chef and family food matriarch. I cannot find a place where I can get not only good to exceptional Mexican food specifically actual, authentic, Mexican food. You know like the kind family's actually eat. So instead we get below par, mystery meat that I would not feel comfortable giving to my dog. And forget about upgrades because I know that if you'd prefer something other than mystery meat you nearly pay double for again below par previously frozen...
