Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Clayton

The great Carl's SuperStar Cheese Burger is still one of my favorite fast food Burgers. Why, because it's real, it taste like a home made Burger done on the backyard grill. Lots of condiments make it sloppy but that's what makes it great as well. If you have not tried the NEW Michael Shake it is great as well. I had fried zucchini and it's very good, nice flavorful breading and when you open it up you have bright green zucchini inside bursting with flavor. Fast food, great customer service, clean restaurant, and reasonable prices! I wish Concord area had more Carl's Jr. You have to take the little extra miles to eat there, it's awesome. It's on the far side of town but it's worth the drive once in a while. PS: the Hawaiian Teriyaki Burger is awesome too. Git...

dont eat there. An incident occured on the premises where staff stood and watch a man attack a female and they did not call the police because the manager was told by policy not to get involved. As a result a couple was allowed to run a scam allegeing the female had stolen a wallet..which was not true.. the msn tackled and held the victim down while the lady went thru her purse. Carls Jr employees did nothing. The victim had to call 911. To add to the trauma the Clayton Police concluded no crime had occurred and refused to take a report. Why post this. Carls Jr is complicit for not calling 911 and the police didnt care because it was black on...

I would have given no star if an option. Im a vegan and have come to Carl's Jr because its a place that is normally nice,but today I was told that I must not understand that the burger that I got wasn't real meat and I didn't know what i was talking about when I said it was still cold and was mush. I was treated like i was not getting it wasn't not meat. So they replaced it with another cold not cooked beyond meat. So spending $15 on a meal im throwing away and dealing with staff that has some kind of issues with the vegan opinion. Won't be back.
