Little Jim's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Clayton

We order from here a few times a month , once before the order was wrong. Tonight i placed my order online as always and when my order arrives The driver forgot the bottle of soda so he had to go back , upon unpacking the order the cheese for the fries was missing , so i call and immediately get put on hold for 5 minutes , call from my boyfriends phone and immediately get answered , i explained i was on hold for 5 min and told the girl my address and she starts acting like she can't hear me and hangs up. I call back , now highly aggravated and the delivery driver returning with the soda , and the girl was getting an, attitude acting like there were issues with the phone. I explained that the cheese for the fries was not in the bag (as someone that works in a restaurant you ALWAYS check the order for accuracy) and she asks if i want the cheese or a credit.. Really , i ordered it and called to let you know i did not get it , so yes i want it. All the while she's got an attitude with me , i looked at the driver and said "you'll be coming back" . Needless to say , hot cheese and cold fries = trash. I will not be ordering from here anytime in the near future!! The staff there needs to learn to check the orders before sending them out for delivery and they also need to learn customer...

This place can really be hit or miss. Pizza is just okay, but definitely not great. Cheesesteaks are pretty solid as are the wings most of the time. But sometimes the staff just doesn’t seem to care about what they prepare. Ordered a pizza turnover awhile back and it was super over cooked and completely burnt on the bottom. It was pretty obvious but they sent it out that way anyway. Ordered a Chicken parm sandwich a few times and most of the time, the chicken is hard, chewy, and so dry to the point where it’s not edible. I don’t know if it’s overcooked or was sitting out too long but they should not be serving that.

Overall, I’ve had about equal amounts of good food as well as really bad food. Also, they need to figure out what kind of French fries they want to serve. About a year ago they had amazing fries that were seasoned really well and very fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Then they switched them to generic French fries with no flavor. And last week they were once again changed to shoestring fries that were decent and crispy, but had not actual flavor. I’ll probably order from here again at some point, but I’m definitely going to be taking a break from this...

Very disappointed in our recent order from the Clayton location. Estimated delivery was scheduled for 8:10-8:20. Tracking on the website said it was “on its way” at 8:00. (We live less then 5 mins away from the shop) Food was received well after 8:40, delivery driver was very nice & apologetic for the delay, he offered to throw in a small bag of chips to make up for it, we appreciated the offer but declined. The Food was not only incorrect but very soggy and cold. I Called to speak with manager and no one was available to speak, the counter girl offered a $5 discount off my next order. No offer to remake or reimburse the order. We didn’t even eat our food, it was such a waste. The quality of the food and the customer service has gone downhill Over...
