Nick's Pizza — Restaurant in Clayton

I’m going to be honest here the food is really good in my opinion but honestly however the staff ladies were extremely rude and so disrespectful towards my mom and I and we are definitely 100 percent are not gonna go back there again. Very disappointed and horrible experience with nick’s pizza staff there whenever it came down to their negative attitude and double charge the credit card twice for no reason and the lady claimed that they will never double charged your credit card twice which was a complete lie when it was double charged twice on purpose and especially when my sister has gotten a ham and cheese sandwich they didn’t even put ham inside the sandwich to start with so yeah me and my family are beyond done going to nick’s pizza in Clayton either pretty much for a while or most definitely forever and btw I’m really hoping that either the manager or the owner of the pizza place sees this review of what happened the other day and decides to really talk to these pathetic ladies who were yelling at my mom and the other one who gave my mom a attitude saying that they always put up with people like that when i heard that comment my eyes just rolled and i didn’t even say nothing at all and btw im really hoping that the manager fired them both for being so beyond so rude and disrespectful towards good costumers like me and my mom because we both didn’t deserve that type of behavior to begin with. So for now on in the future we are never going to nick’s pizza in Clayton ever again until they get better staff that have a lot more experience and courtesy of respect to the customers who spend their time and money there because without customers they won’t be in...

So on 4/30/22 I ordered a large cheesesteak and small fries Now my complaint is not the taste of the food, or the driver. My wife and I have ordered from Nick's pizza because we like the food! But tonight our order was not complete! I asked our driver is the blue cheese dressing he replied what ever you ordered will be in the bag!... well it was not and I was charged .80 cents for a small cup of it! I called back a man answered we are closed... I told him about the dressing was missing, he told me someone will drop it off on their way home, which I said thank you. The driver was different he looked annoyed that he had to drop it off! He never said sorry, he handed me the bag it was very WET!! So I knew it spilled inside the bag! Well I handed it to my wife she opened it and the sauce was all over inside the bag? It was not in the container but inside the dirty dusty bag!! Just because of that I'm pretty mad!! Food has consistently gone downhill along with service. Been going here for almost 40 years and I won’t bother to order here again. Ordered delivery a few weeks ago and was supposed to get two grilled chicken breasts. Got a portion of one in my order. Not the first time this happened so I called and took a credit. I Ordered for pickup online last night and called in to use my credit to get the chicken again. Three people spoke to me in regards to confirming I could get the credited item. My gf picked the food up. She got home and two items missing from my order. The chicken and tuna side orders. I called back and advised we would be back to pick it up. Confirmed what was missing and they said it was right there waiting to be picked up. My gf went back and they gave her the bag and she brought it home and the chicken was still not there.
