Buyer Beware. I've never experienced what happened today at this location. I've been here several times and the staff has generally been friendly. Today when I ordered my usual large iced coffee with extra almond milk I was told I would have to pay $3 just for the almond milk, in addition to the $3+ for the coffee itself. I was shocked. When I asked why, I was told by the young man (who has served me before on other occasions), that he was charging me 60c x 5 because I said extra.
I explained that I have been ordering this for years at multiple locations and no one has EVER charged me more than 60c extra for wanting almond milk instead of milk or cream. I was told there was nothing he could do about it. Really? That is a ridiculous price. I told him I could buy a half gallon of almond milk for that price!
In hindsight I should have asked for the manager, but I didn't. I was still in shock for the lack of business sense in this situation. Needless to say, I left without my order since there is no way I'm paying more than I pay for something far better than this at a lower price at Starbucks.
So if you decide to patronize this location, be careful if you order almond milk. I will not be coming here again. There are plenty of other Dunkin Donuts that have their head screwed on straighter than this young man does (and the management for not training him to handle...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. I was hopeful after reading the reviews, that my order would come out correctly. Especially since, I'm a dunkin employee and I know exactly how to order my drink, and make it. I ordered two medium lattes with almond milk. I watched the employee pour whole milk AND almond milk in my latte. And I asked for four toasted almond shots and he just pumped away and gave me around 10 instead. I was flabbergasted. The female who cashed us out remade them but even then, the espresso ratio was way off. I could tell by the color that she didn't pour medium espresso shots into the cups. She free poured. Which most likely means they gave us old espresso. I'm not sure why it's so hard for dunkin to find good employees, but this is a frequent problem I experience at several different locations. Everyone knows how to make a latte where I work, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Apparently people just like to make drinks however they please vs following training protocol. Dunkin you've got to do better. It's frustrating having to drive further then we need to just to go to a location we can depend on. Unacceptable! Sincerely a current...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer since this one opened a few years ago. I have always been satisfied, friendly employees, great espresso drinks. However, the past 6 months I have noticed a decline - on rare occasions are the employees friendly and the espresso drink has been a zero to one on a scale of zero to 10 multiple times. Lukewarm, primarily consisting of milk, do not think a drop of espresso has been put in the cup. This morning, I was handed the cup and no way could it have been done that soon. I got to work, it was lukewarm and I think it was just plain coffee with milk ---- not even steamed milk. I have given them MANY chances, spoken with the manager a few times, filled out slips ... now, I will not be coming back to this location. There is another Dunkin Donuts on Missouri, so I will be going there from now on. I did my best to support this location, but...
