Honestly I am SO disappointed with my experience, not because the place was unclean or unpleasant but because the quality of service I received was so low. Especially considering how much I paid. I was charged $350 for single color acrylic nails, gel toes, and a mani and pedi for my husband. That all would have been fine except they were just very lazy with service. The worst part is we were the only people there, so they weren’t busy or anything, just lazy. They painted my toes before actually cleaning them off in the water, and additionally did not clean/scrub my husband and my hands and feet during the mani pedi. My #1 pet peeve is when they do not clean under the nails or trim nail beds/cuticles. I honestly never go out of my way to write bad reviews but I have no idea how this place has such good reviews. Again the employees were SO nice and pleasant so I don’t understand why they the bare minimum when I literally ordered the MOST EXPENSIVE pedicure for my husband and I. Also, my toes looked so terrible because they were messily done and I was so upset but didn’t say anything. But even the tech could tell how disappointed I was so she did end up asking me if I would like her to fix them. I did ask her to just clean up the underside, which she did and they looked great! I just don’t understand why I have to ask for every single service I want done (cleaning under nails, trimming cuticles, scrubbing my feet) when I am paying for the most premium package. I’ve been coming here for 3 years & I’ve never had any major problems but today as I’m sitting in the chair getting my manicure I was cancelled for a later appointment (pedicure) the manager called to tell me she would have to cancel me due to this specific staff being overbooked & stating that if she took me she wouldn’t get out until 8 or 9pm. I asked her why am I being cancelled if I’m already here sitting in the chair. I asked her to cancel someone else who has a later appointment since I’m already here & drove 45 minutes to get to my appointment. She said there’s nothing she can do come another day. I asked to pay for my manicure & leave because I am so upset. My nails were horrible different shapes & sizes bulky I wasn’t offered any discount or any compensation for being cancelled or the horrible nails I paid full price and I’m so pissed my nails have never been this horrible. I tell them I will never come again and I will be making a complaint the owner then says it’s not her fault that the staff canceled me and it’s not her fault. She then changes the story stating that the staff doesn’t feel good and her arm is hurting and everyone is being cancelled. Ah man…I took my mother here for Mother’s Day for us both to get simple gel manicures(natural nails, 1 color, no design). I chose Unity for the ratings but I’m starting to think it might just be Michelle and maybe another tech for these high ratings. My mother loved her manicure which is great and why I’m giving 2 stars (both techs were also friendly but in the end that’s not what I’m paying for) but mine on the other hand(s)…not so great. The polish is not opaque in some areas and you can see it’s thinner in spots and there are also indents in some spots. The shape on a couple nails especially one in particular is off- It’s just completely slanted. And to make it even worse, I left with my finger bleeding! The tech was unnecessarily going to town on my cuticles and also when I asked for some of the polish to be removed off of my skin (because not once was polish remover used to touchen up?) my tech used a file AND CUTICLE CUTTERS to remove any polish on my skin??? I have never experienced this. Hard to get good pictures but I will provide. Will unfortunately not be returning here because I can’t believe I spent $45 (tip included) on my nails and skin to look like this…I’ll continue painting them at home.

Update: 1 week and 2 nails have gel polish chipped and I barely do anything...
