DONT FORGET YOUR ROOM KEY!!

Don’t forget, misplace, loose your room key after 8pm !! Long story short I had left my room key in the room when I got home from working a 10 hour shift I went to the office rang the doorbell waited tried calling (because every single site says their 24hr) finally one of the owners came to the door in a night gown she kindly gave me a key and I went to my room but was being blown up by the other owner instantly screaming at me telling me i am wrong for waking anyone up and that mistakenly forgetting my key and it was my problem not theirs and so on couldn’t get a word In I was so dumbfounded I was speechless. Now mind you I’ve already paid for 3 weeks in advance and this was just my second night here. The audacity this manager or owner had to call someone who paid for 3 weeks in their best room, to scream at them for needing a new key. Down right disrespectful and honestly they had me fooled they are completely different people during the day. But after 7:45 ish they are down right inconsiderate and rude. DONT STAY AT A PLACE LIKE THIS !! THEY KICK PEOPLE OUT FOR SIMPLY CALLING THIER FRONT DESK !!! This place does not deserve a minute of your time!! Or...

Very interesting all of the reviews sense Mary and Chester sold the place which it was phenomenal when they were the owners and everyone loved staying there but now conveniently all of the good reviews are under very shady names definitely relating to the culture of the owners they are very rude they show you one room and they tell you a price then you go to the office and tell you another price when you tell them that they’re interested and this is the same kid who said oh yes if there’s any loud noises or anything will handle it are you kidding me he looks like he can’t even walk and chew gum at the same time Mary and Hector had such a fine Ron business family oriented cared about their customers these people are out for the money I hope nobody stays there because you couldn’t pay me too shady shady and more shady The owners are very, very sneaky and shady. Mary and Chester were the best. These owners have destroyed this location. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay there....

BED BUGS!!!!! We wanted to love this place but unfortunately the girls came home with bed bug bites on their stomach and backs. We tried to call and explain the situation and simply notify the staff. The man who picked up the phone started yelling at us immediately. He tried to make excuses and say the girls left dishes in the sink and spilled a drink in the room. He even at one point said their was more than 2 girls in the room (all untrue). I even explained to him even if that was true that has nothing to do with bed bug bites all over them. We never asked for anything in return just called to notify them, the man who answered hung up on me. I called back to see if we were disconnected (all still remaining calm) where a women picked up and started to say word for word what the man in the back was telling her to say.
