Was in the area for a basketball game at Delphi. Googled bakery and Panaderia Mi Mexico popped up with great reviews so I gave it a shot. It's in an older strip center, and when I walked in I wasn't sure about the place. But then reviews were good so I figured let's fire away. You grab a tray and tongs and pick what you want. I asked a question but I speak no Spanish and didn't really understand the answer. It didn't matter. We bought 7 to 10 items and had them for Mothers Day. They were INCREDIBLE. Not overly sugary or syrupy fillings. They were delicate and delicious and I spent less than $12. I dont get to Clearwater or that area very often, but if I'm ever close, I'm going back. A great discovery and one I look forward to getting back there. UPDATE, another tournament another chance to hit Panaderia, which has expanded to include a small store. Read moreStaff is very rude. I’m Mexican. They wanted me to pay $5 a plastic tray when I asked if they could put the pieces of bread in it instead of a plastic bag. That was really ridiculous. They definitely take advantage of clients with their prices. Definitely not going back.
