Dairy Queen of Cleburne N. Main St — Restaurant in Cleburne

I went to the DQ on HWY 174 Sunday June 2,2024. I ordered a small dip cone I said my order 2 times when I got to the window they started to hand me a plain cone I said I ordered a dip cone the boy left and came back and said what is a dip cone I said a cone dipped in chocolate he left came back and he had turned my cone upside down in a cup with chocolate in it I said what is this he said a cone dipped in chocolate then another boy came to the window and said what is it that you want I said a dip cone he looked at me like I was crazy I said just give me the thing the first boy made he left came back with another cone turn upside down in chocolate and started to hand it to me without a spoon or napkin I asked for both and he gave it to me and I left . This had to be the stupidest experience of my life at a DQ, By this time the line was long behind me and I just wanted to get on my way. When I pulled up to the speaker to place my order. There seemed to be a good party going on. because it was coming straight through the speakers! Everyone was laughing and having a good time. Finally someone asked me if they could take my order, (I gave my order knowing they could not hear it over everyone else's laughter in the background. I told the order taker to let me know when it was my turn to speak to place my order. When she said go ahead, I ask if it was my turn now, she said go ahead. When i drove to the window. Every time I order ice cream/blizzards/sundaes for my family in the drive-thru, they try to hand all of them to me, one-by-one, without lids, and every time I have to point out the obvious- that I am alone in the car and need a drink carrier because I cannot hold 4 ice creams while I drive home. Every time. But ordering inside isn't any better. Multiple times we had a young manager roll her eyes at us and/or snap at us. She even came to our table and confronted us whenever we asked the name of the manager above her- told us if we had complaints, she could take care of them.
