Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Cleburne

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I cannot give 0 starts.

Do no deal with this business, they tend to lie to get customers. When I went to them 4 months ago to change my phone service they waited until after I got 1 of my phone numbers transferred over to Metro before telling me that service is poor where I live in despite what the service map shows. The owner of the store told me and my wife that if we were unhappy with our service after 3 months that we were to come back to the store and he would unlock the phones so that we could take our phones to another carrier. I went back after dealing with little to no service at home for 3 months to have him unlock our phones and now he will not honor his word. In fact, the owner refused to deal with me, he went to the back and let one of his employees deal with me. Now I have to deal with another 2 1/2 months of almost nonexistent service while I'm at home before I'm able to move my phones to another carrier due to his lack of volunteering information.

Despite T-Moble upgrading there service in the area, I still have to drive over a mile to get good service...

Our first visit to this location was awesome! We have been in other stores and not received the same customer service we received today! Benn (with 2 n's) signed us up for a new plan saved us money monthly for 5 lines and his co-worker set up our new phone and Gmail account. Both super nice and helpful! During our visit I noticed our boy was hot and possibly running fever and Benn immediately stopped and asked if he needed a water to drink. We will start using this location on...

It doesn't get any better than here with these friendly people. Ben gave me a price on a phone and told me it was a great deal. I decided to wait. But then later decided I was ready to purchase. But I wasnt in Cleburne I was in Burleson.... I thought it cant be much different,if anything maybe a couple bucks...Boy was I wrong. Burleson wasnt cutting any slack like Ben was making. Needless to say. It was definitely worth the drive to Cleburne. In fact I'm doing it...
