I will never, ever use this place again!?!!! My fiancee took my ring in to have it sized. 1st week: stood us up. 2nd week sick. 3rd week had it but had sized it but not the right size and blamed that on us! 4th week had a sick family member and wouldn't even let me just have my ring back as is. Bought a $300 foxtail bracelet from James Avery and I fell off of my skateboard while wearing it about a month after I got it and broke the clip. Called James Avery and they said it couldn’t be replaced due to how the clip was fixed to the bracelet. Took to it Van Daele Watch and Jewelry and he ordered a special clasp, and made it look like it never even broke. 10/10...
