Talk about just not getting it right. I ordered a Mega Munchies Box & 2 drinks. Pulled up, got my drinks, was asked to pull around front and they would bring me my box. The gal comes out with 2 full sacks, & said she put me extra taco sauce in there, which I figured was for the Tiny Tacos. I thought maybe with the supply shortage, they had run out of boxes & just put the contents of the box in smaller cartons & put them in the bag. Pulled away, figured I'd better check just to make sure. Good thing too. I had 2 bags full of regular tacos. I'll pull back into the drive thru & let them know they goofed my order. She said my box was sitting there which meant it had had plenty of time for the contents to get cold. I finally get to the window, give her back both bags of tacos. She hands me the box which is sealed. Get home & have this big box of food, yet not ONE container of ANY kind of sauce was included, no ranch, no taco sauce, no classic sauce, NOTHING! How HARD is it to get a one box...
Read more0 stars. Came through drive thru and my husband orders his food and ordered for me. When we pulled up to the window and the lady asked us if we needed any condiments, we asked for 6 ranches because we both eat 3 each with our meals and apparently anyone who works there doesn’t know what customer service is. The lady responded with a very snotty 'no' and proceeded to tell us that they are only allowing 1 per car. She mentioned there was a 'shortage' so that’s why she can’t give us what we asked for. Like how is that even real?! She was sooo rude and didn’t even apologize, we asked for the manager and she said one was available but we knew we wouldn’t get through. We’ve already came before, twice for shakes before 11 probably around 8ish 9ish and they’re shake machines are always either cleaned or being cleaned 3 plus hours before closing. This is why from now on we will be going to the Jack In the Box off...
Read moreI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent in-store experience. During my last purchase, I experienced a significant issue with the cashier. Really rude lady . After completing my transaction, I was not provided with a receipt. Subsequently, the cashier requested payment a second time. I explained that a review of the transaction would reveal my debit card details and confirm the prior payment.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered this problem at this particular location. The lack of a receipt and the subsequent request for a second payment caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I would also appreciate receiving confirmation that the original transaction was indeed processed correctly.
