Had a pick-up order that I decided to sit in the lobby and eat. I ordered my food with a small beverage on the app. When I got to the store to get my food I saw my bag already ready with a small Mountain Dew next to it. I asked one of the workers if this was supposed to be mine (I didn’t specify my drink so I wanted to be careful I didn’t take someone else’s). My bag was the only one there so the worker said, “did you want Mountain Dew”. I said, “not really but I don’t mind” and she said, “ok”. Aside from the small beverage, everything was correct with my meal. So I sit down with my food and drink, not giving it another thought. A few moments later another customer came in who has ordered food and a small drink. No other bag of food was there and after the other customer asked they quickly got his food. Not a big deal until the customer asked where his drink was and another worker (who was actually supposed to be working the window) pointed at me and said, “she took your drink” while giving ME a dirty look! It was super uncomfortable and unprofessional. As I continued my meal I could hear the staff joking loudly and throwing utensils at each other. It’s fine to mess up just own up. Don’t blame someone who didn’t do anything. I definitely won’t be coming back and would caution everyone else to stay away. Read moreI came through drive through Friday night at around 7pm.. Ordered my food with 2 cars ahead of me.. In line for about 15 - 20 mins.. Not a big deal. I ordered 2 tacos supreme 1 nacho supreme no beans 1 chicken chalupa supreme. They asked if wanted hot sauce, told the girl in drive thru that I’d like some extra fire sauce. I get home to eat and had beans on nacho supreme. Tacos were not supreme. Chalupa was rock hard.. Called back up there to be met with a rude and aggressive manager named Angelica. She said she had made order and I was wrong about what I received, but would remake the order. Sunday is here and want to get my order. I came inside so there is no confusion about anything. When the girl at counter went to tell her the manager and 1st thing out of managers mouth was I would have to wait until everyone else’s orders were filled before mine. Read moreI usually don't leave review... least of all for chain restaurants that don't need them at all, but I was pretty impressed by this particular location today.
I wish I had taken a picture, but I had the verde nacho fries, and the plating was weirdly appealing and the encharito looked like the photo on the menu. I got the watermelon frosty thing and they waited until I picked up my order to ask if I wanted the lemon syrup, which wasn't necessary, but I appreciated. Finally, a few minutes later I decided I wanted a regular fountain drink... I know I could have just used the cup from the frosty, but I hadn't finished it and wanted it for the drive (plus it felt dishonest)... so I missed happy hour by one minute... the guy couldn't convince the register to give me happy hour so he gave me the drink for free.
I realize this review means literally nothing to anyone, but I'm planning to return to this location on the regular, and hope the crew sticks around for a while to keep this level of...
