Me and my friends we all went in and straight off the bat someone was telling at the guy on cash because he was cleaning the tables instead of helping us, we didn't mind we just walked in and we are all understanding we worked fast food before, then a woman comes from the back with headset on take 2 of our orders doesn't ask if it was here or to go and then she switches with the guy and he takes the rest of our orders, which he did in fact ask if it was for here or to go. We all place our orders we were waiting for our food the first order comes out on a tray and we politely said we actually wanted it to go, the guy manager comes out from the back office and verbally abuses the guy that did everything right and it sounded as though he's holding hours over his employees head as punishments for mistakes which I dont think is ok, all of our food gets bagged for to go orders and everything was fine we did stop and say something to the lady telling her she shouldn't let the guy get yelled at for her mistakes and she basically just brushed us off. Read moreOrdered on the app, originally told needed 30 mins for order. Not an issue finishing shopping at the Home Depot around the corner. Check in told it’ll be another 20 mins. We were in a pickup truck with a trailer, obviously not fitting in the mobile pick up spot up front, app says to turn 4 ways on to be found. The staff doesn’t have the courtesy to come to us, instead they tell another customer, ” they’re not in the right spot, so guess they don’t get their food”. The other customer goes as far as to tell them we have a trailer and wouldn’t fit, they didn’t care. So that customer on her way out let me know that they will not be walking out food out and told me their stance. So I walked in, and when asked what I wanted I told them “I’m the mobile order Lindsey that you guys are refusing to walk out”. Every employee’s head turned to me, so that tells me they all knew what was going. So my question is, is this the store, franchise, or Whataburger’s...

I placed an order online, waited almost 30 minutes in line just to get to the speaker, I was told to go up front to pick up my order. I waited there and no one ever brought it out so I called the store and they said I would have to go in or through the drive thru. When I told the lady I just went through the drive thru she said sorry I would have to go in or go through the drive thru again. I then asked them to cancel the order and refund me and she said they couldn't to call online. Online is awful too. They said they would submit the refund to the mobile dept and someone would get back with me when I could get a refund. Really? I have to wait and see when I can get a refund!
Don't order online with whataburger.... If you go to this store be prepared to pull out of line because they take forever and check your order as well...
