Hide-A-Way Tavern — Restaurant in Clementon

Horrible experience! I wish I could give no stars! Went there just last night (9/27/24) for supposed dinner & live music. First of all they have no outside lighting at entrance or signage to let u know this is the place...drove past it twice! When we finally got there, we walked right in. No one greeted us or said hello. Server walked right past us didn't say a word. Place was packed. Finally a server came up to us & said there's no tables available, & no one is leaving the bar. Then walked away. So my date & I just stood there standing. So we decided to leave & go someplace else. Staff was not friendly or accommodating. If u have a capacity limit , it should be posted! Will never go anywhere near this place again. Very unprofessional Looks like its only setup for " Regulars"...

My family lives on the street of this bar and they play LOUD music til 3am!! Insanity when homes are that close! My uncle walked over to ask for the music to be turned down and was met by a young guy and a girl trying to fight him in the parking lot, he is elderly! What is wrong with your patrons!? Not to mention a bum woman sleeps every night right outside the front door with all her homeless luggage.. :/ looks like such a trashy place. Dangerous parking lot. Place is a disgrace and being across from a middle school...

Last time I came here I had a bad experience, plenty of people saying this place was racist and my past experience proves right. Came back because multiple people have said otherwise so I decided to give it a second chance, and I've gotta say, my experience was totally different complete 180.
