Horrible experience not only do they stop selling gas after midnight . I went and ask for help ordering something from menu screen . I asked the woman behind the counter who was not busy making sandwiches but stocking “excuse me mam “ not once but twice . She made eye contact twice . Heard me clearly and ignored me . So I asked the woman at the counter for help ? How do I order chicken salad ? No roll no salad ? Just plain chicken salad . Order a salad from the screen and go to a BTO ? Well after 15 minutes of looking at the screen I found nothing ? Only one in store . I was ignored when I asked again ! Now I have to go home to my wife and hear where is my chicken salad ? Thank you wawa for all the kind service you gave tonight . I will personally go out of my way to avoid all wawas at any place in the state . You lost my business for good . Nobody likes wasting money on that’s carelessly and poorly made, especially with everything being overpriced in this economy at the moment. This specific location is truly a “hit or miss” when ordering food but because I usually have eat what I order anyway, I shut up. However TODAY, I ordered a breaded chicken chipotle wrap and I’m so disappointed with it that I can’t eat it. The breaded chicken isn’t warm, the wrap wasn’t cut in half as well as being poorly wrapped, AND worst of all they DROWNED this wrap in chipotle sauce. It takes away from the taste of the chicken wrap! Make your customers food as you would want yours made, and if you hate your job then get a different one, because this is unfair for customers. Read moreI went it to WaWa ordered a Hot Turkey with provolone cheese. I actually wanted x-cheese but there is no button for x-cheese when ordering a Hot Turkey. So I always hit special order wait for them to call my number, I tell them I want x-cheese they give my the code on my deli print out I go to register and pay. Well 5 mins go by they call my number and I said I want x-provolone on my sandwich. She looks at the computer screen says I did not see the special order. Says when you go pay… you can have your hoagie. No let me redo that or is it ok there is no x-cheese or my bad or I am sorry…. Nothing! She was definitely on something! She was going so fast that her hands in her brain couldn’t get together and do the right thing. She messed up two other orders in a matter of two minutes that I was standing there.!
