Was excited to switch over to boost, more affordable and the “CELL” service is good. But this location is theee WORST with their employees. The one white is the ONLY one with good customer service skills. I rarely am able to get in there when he’s working, it’s sad I don’t even wanna go pay my bill in there because how NASTY & IGNORANT the females working in there are. Switched over in February 2019, & a week later I realized my phone on my iCloud was showing a different number, needless to say I walked in, the girl rolls her eyes and mumbled in Spanish “ugh here we go with this white girl”, little did she know, I speak fluent Spanish. I let it slide. Then I told her the issue she didn’t even let me finish explaining, and says o AppleCare or Apple u gotta go to, I can’t do ANYTHING here to help you. Okay. So went to apple, here I needed a new sim LIKE I KNEW AND ASKEE FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. So 3 days later, I come back in to get a new sim, and there were 3 females working, one behind the register helping someone pay their bill, the other two off to the side, one eating and one playing on her phone. The one looks up from her phone for a second sees me, and doesn’t even put her phone down, she yells over without even looking up, can I help u “WIT” something? I said politely yeah i need to buy a new sim, she tells me “we don’t got any iPhone SIM cards in stock” without asking what type of iPhone I had, nothing, and STILL DIDNT LOOK AWAY FROM HER PHONE, and says “GO TO SICKLERVILLE they’ll have everything there. Sorry but I am a paying customer, every time I walk into the store, even just to pay my bill, I shouldn’t feel UNCOMFORTABLE! To the owner::: you have some SERIOUS cleaning up/firing or re-training to do before this store gets shut down next!! I know every store has 1 or 2 bad apples, but as my experience and customers who are in there at the same time as me, those girls are just ignorant young and don’t want to work or help. They don’t have any idea what they’re...
Read moreBEWARE! This place is run by SCAMMERS! I had bought & paid for a Boost SIM online and received a prepaid Boost SIM. Since I was having trouble online, I just went to this place to get my Boost SIM activated. The person working at this store (Farrow or Pharaoh) told me that I have to pay $20 to get my Boost SIM activated and that since his card machine is not working, I'll have to pay it in cash. When I told him that it's a fully paid Boost SIM, which was paid online, he told me that Boost Mobile lies to its customers all the time and that I will have to pay $20 to get it activated. What kind of scam are they running at this Boost Mobile store!!!
So BEWARE!!! Do not go to this store or you're going to get scammed! If the person/s working at this store ask you to pay in cash, DO NOT PAY IN CASH. This store is run by SCAMMERS! Get a receipt that says exactly what you paid for, so that you can show it to Boost Mobile that they are running a scam...
Read moreWas not allowed to buy a phone without activating it in store. And to activate it in store i would of been charged an extra $25. I was told that that activation fee would be $25 whether i did it myself or in store. Which was a lie. I bought the phone online activated it myself, for free, and through walmart which has cheaper monthly payments. Have not had issues using boost in the past. Coverage is good enough, i havent had an issue. And monthly payments are affordable with unlimited everything. Thus why i like boost as a phone carrier. I hope that all boost stores arent like this, but the customer service provided today here...
