If I could give this location zero stars I would. Went through the drive through and ordered a lemonade. They filled the whole thing with ice and I had about two sips of the actual drink. The next time (days later, separate order) I drove through I asked for a lemonade with no ice. The manager female (chasity) came over the intercom and stated she was not allowed to do those drinks with no ice. I stated that was fine, even though that didn’t make sense, I would take light ice. She proceeded to say that she wouldn’t be able to accommodate that as the drinks are a no refill drink. To that, shocked at her admitting they fill it like that on purpose, I stated she lost my business. She then proceeded with an attitude and overly perky way to tell me to have a great day. I’ll be taking this up with corporate as well. This was not my first bad experience with this specific location. The food and drinks are overpriced as it is. The way I was treated and the way this was handled was absolutely insane. I work in the service industry myself. There is no corporate rule that states you must refuse a customer requesting no ice, and if there is, they have no business be serving the public. Read morewent thru drivethru. got to window and was handed my drinks. asked to pull around to front door for food delivery. tasted drink and it was all carbonation, no taste. when food was brought out told the girl who brought it out about the drinks. she then told me that they were out of several drinks. asked what they had and if she would get me two more drinks. started to hand her back the drinks and she stated once drinks/food was handed to customer, she wasn't allowed to take back. asked her if she could put them in the trash. again, she was not allowed to take food/drinks back. asked her if she wanted me to just sit them in the parking lot. i went thru the drive thru for a reason. raining and i didn't want to get out of the vehicle. she advised me she was standing in the rain and i could get out of my vehicle and take them to the trash myself. pathetic customer service. i will not be back to...

The reason being as we pulled into the Clemson location, there were 2 vehicles ahead of us and they turned the lights off just then at 10pm. The 2 in Front of us were pleasantly served, unfortunately for you folks whenIt was our turn to order, we were turned away by the drive-through employee. After asking why we were turned away and the two in front or not, he replied he was doing what his manager had said. We then spoke to the manager who didn’t seem to know much more than the teenager working at the drive-through. The managers response was nothing short of rude and unprofessional.
