Bella Pizza — Restaurant in Cleveland

O.M.G haven't had their pizza in years, still as I remembered it when I 1st had it. The 1 I went to was the 1 on Fulton Rd closed many years ago. Was passing by called my wife not to cook I was going to order from Bella's, she was glad, so I entered placed my order struck up a quick conversation with the guy making the pizzas, when I say quick it was because he was busy making orders & I didn't want to bother even though he was a real nice guy, answered every question I asked & want even bothered by it, the crust crispy, sauce flavorsome, pepperoni & cheese was just as I expected, the only criticism I have is the garlic bread should have added more cheese looks like he just slapped a slice of cheese then baked it, the flavor was great. First let me say, LOVE their pizza, and so did everyone at my work. So we ordered it instead of another local establishment 3 times in two weeks, pizza and wings. When we called to order again a gentlemen answered the phone and said they wont deliver there! I explained that they had been here 3 times in 2 weeks?!? Horrible service i wish there was a no star option... i don't know who the bald guy was he was extremely rude my pizza was burnt he said it wasn't I said yes he started yelling it wasn't his fault grabbed the box of pizza threw it halfway across the kitchen half landed in trash the other half on the floor I told him I wanted my money back he said fine and then gave me five dollars to never come back....I left his five I will never go back.......
