Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cleveland

My husband and I ordered for dinner and half our order was missing. We called and it rang perpetually without an answer. I went ahead and started heating up the cold food as my husband went back. They made him leave and get all the food just so they can give us the rest of the order. I grab my food from the over, the wrappers out of the trash and I wrap the food. We get there, the lobby is absolutely filthy. The floors are black with dirt, sticky and has a odd body odor smell in the air. No one greeted me, I stood there for a while until someone came over. They take the bag and say, "we will make what's missing" after I just told them I had to head the wrappers from the trash be ause they needed everything and I need all my food remade. We waited for an hour. I'm serious, an hour. While some belligerent drink was relieving himself outside and came back in to harass us customers. They made us wait outside while they called the police. We got our food, went home, and the other half was missing and my quesadilla looked like it was squished together in anger. I called and the manager finally answered. She didn't believe it like she didn't the first time. But I brought the food against her wishes to show her we are serious. And she said it looked disgusting and that she would personally make it. I don't know if this is a franchise or if it is privately owned, but this location is full of incompetence and filth. But hey, they gave me free taco coupons WITH A PURCHASE. Yeah, okay, Taco Bell. Thanks for nothing but sheer disappointment as usual now. Please clean your store, no way you don't get time to clean. I came through the drive through twice first they said they didn’t have no food available expect for burritos. So I ordered the steak grill cheese burrito x2 either of them was correct even the one we didn’t order special was completely wrong. The other was just no nacho cheese. Second time around we explained that are order was wrong I switch one of the burritos to ground beef grilled cheese burrito NO NACHO CHESSE “please sir can you make sure they don’t put any macho cheese I want the shedded cheese but not nacho. And of course there was exactly extra nacho cheese on the burrito. I called to talk to manager and he was really rude. I’m sure he wasn’t even listening like whoever took my order obviously wasn’t listening either. So instead of him apologizing and acting like a manger he got an attitude and said “what you want your money back” pull back around. This by far is the WORST fast food experience I've ever had. I go to the drive thru speaker, they tell me one minute. After 12 minutes of waiting with NO response, I say "hello, is anyone there"? There was NO answer, so I pull around. There were 2 cars in front of me, the order for BOTH cars was WRONG!! When I get to the window, they tell me I have to get back in line and order again. NOW the line is very long. I pull into a parking spot and go in....The lobby is completely trashed, behind the counter was even worse, the bathrooms were locked to the public. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my SURPRISE, I was speaking to the manager. I asked her what the hell she was managing, and I know you heard how disrespectful your employees were, and how bad they were doing.
