I hate leaving poor reviews and typically will let mishaps go, but considering how I was spoken to and treated by these staff I have no reservations about this one. I ordered at 5:23p via the Pizza Hut app, after an hour, around 6:30p I decide to call to check in, get put on hold multiple times (not on actual hold though, like I could still hear them complaining about me on the phone), shuffled around to multiple "managers" who interrupted me as I spoke, and displayed unprofessional and borderline disrespectful behavior. They indicated that they had cancelled my order because "my phone was off". I had no voicemails, no missed calls, my email is listed on my order, and my home address was correct on the confirmation. I asked if there could be some compensation for the hour long mess-up (given I was not informed via any of the possible modes of communication available--including the app tracker that still said the order was being made-) and the response was "A DISCOUNT!? OH HOLD ON." I was shuffled to another "manager" and I was told that it was my fault, because I didn't answer the phone (because I did not get a phone call) and that a "manager called and said you didn't answer so I can't argue with a manager". I am beyond confused at how rude and incompetent this staff was, considering I would have just waited & paid for the order again and tipped my drivers well, as I usually do. Read moreThis place is a joke!! I ordered here a few friday’s ago and had the hardest time ever. Okay I bet it’s Friday and your busy, schedule more staff then to handle it being busier. Not rocket science! I called three different times. First time the phone rang and rang, finally someone picked up and put me on old immediately for 10 minutes. Hung back up and called, they finally took my order. Then I wanted to simply add something. Called back got put on hold for 15 minutes, then I called again and got the main number. They couldn’t add anything, they said they had to transfer me back and if they didn’t answer at the store I’d get transferred back to the main number. So I said forget it, just cancel my order. I see the same reviews over and over about you guys not answering the phone, putting people on hold forever, cold food, and way longer delivery times than people are told. Why do I keep seeing the same complaints as I read the reviews?? Wouldn’t that indicate you need to change something. Like idk gee maybe hire more staff, answer your phone, give accurate delivery times, and make the food properly. Read moreThis is the second time that the same delivery driver forgets items from our order. This time I called because we weren't missing a small item we were missing our pizza. The customer service at this store is very poor. The young lady on the phone didn't seem to care at all. She did not apologize at all for the inconvenience. She offered store credit which I declined because I told her I needed the pizza for my children. So, she then said well then it's going to be another hour in a half wait for us to bring back your pizza because there's orders in front of yours. How are there orders in front of mine if mine was just brought to me not complete? Working in customer service myself and running a company I feel very upset that for their mistakes my children have to wait another hour in a half to eat.
