No. 1 Kitchen — Restaurant in Cleveland

I like other customers have been going to this restaurant for many years but I do absolutely agree with other customers once the ownership changed the products changed also. I recently went here and ordered a sesame chicken and when I first tasted it I thought that I had a piece of fat in my mouth so I tried it again and it was the same thing so I looked at my food it looked as if it were sesame chicken but I took the plastic fork and was able to smash it down it was soft it was like it was just pure breaded fat every now and again you will see a couple of strings of meat through it I called the restaurant to ask them about this and they told me I could bring it back up there and only if I could prove(their exact words) to them that it wasn’t chicken they would give me another meal which I absolutely did not agree to because they would give me the same thing that they gave me before I informed them that they have lost a long time customer. Normally I Never had a problem with number 1 kitchen today they gave me the wrong order and the meat they’re refusing to replace or refund my money and I’m willing to bring the food back it’s not like I’m trying to scan them and this person that’s taking the phone order has continued to hang up on me time after time like he don’t even wanna be bothered by talking to me I find it very rude to be hung up on that one with six different times just because he did not want to deal with a refund or just making me a new order. Not only does the son charge extra money for the orders, but he also shorts people on what they are supposed to receive with their combo meal i do not think his parents even know he is doing it due to them not speakingmuch English.

He said they fo not give a can drink with a combo only an egg roll, which makes absolutely no sense at all with a combo.
