Save A Lot — Local services in Cleveland

Hello Save-A-Lot you know I love you store but have a question to ask you I noticed you have two types of avocados the nice big large ones and the small ones and they don't seem to be in a bag or that bag or anything the large ones are green you have time to set them on your counter for them to write them they're a little costly with with them being so large it's worth it it's about like eating three little ones but I noticed that they will stay on the vegetable shelf where they will become r i p e, the small ones about the size of two plums very small plums ripen very fast and I noticed such a large quantity of them have not been removed from the vegetable shelf ☹️🤔😪 so I would like to ask you too save the avocados when you see the little ones not really selling maybe you can let the price down on them I noticed you only had two big juicy avocados left on the vegetable shelf they had stayed for they had overriping but I love those big juicy ones and even though they're a few cents over $2 maybe you could order more of those kind and keep the price down a little more today I guess I was just on the avocado 🥑🥑🥑 crusade they are so good so good for you and so good to you love you have a good day God...

I was just up there to buy groceries and I got a tray of watermelon slices and when I came home and went to eat them, they were bad they tasted acidic and smell like mold! So I called up to save a lot and asked to speak to a manager, it was a female, and when I explained to her what was going on her exact words were “well what do you want me to do about it, it’s not like I can go and throw it all away!” First of all I’m a paying customer and spend hundreds or dollars there a month and that’s really how your going to treat someone who is calling to see what can be done about being sold bad food! Idc if it was only watermelon, you still got the money for it right?? I was mind blown at the attitude the manager had behind that, and I will be taking this further! You lost a customer for life because never should it of been...

I'm giving it 5 star because I love shopping here. It's close to my house and the store improvements are awesome. But I went shopping had a great time till I got to the cashier and she started complaining and talking nonsense to the customer she was attending about our big shopping, she was rude and when I tried to give her our shopping cart she said no I need that one for the next customer and our items was almost falling from the cart. She had an attitude with us and was very disrespectful. First time this ever happened to us in this store. But that won't stop me from shopping there. Great job with the improvements and great workers except for that one cahier....
