Come on this adventure with me! I arrived in the drive through at 8:22. I was placed on hold in the drive thru.
8:30 - No answer.
8:35 - Still no answer.
8:40 - I placed my order online and it said 10 mins. It's currently 8:55 and I still haven't gotten to the window.
8:55 - bus filled with children has started loading back up with their take out in hand and pulled off from Zaxbys next door.
8:57 - at the window, there is car pulled up in front of me, waiting on their food and they were here before me at 8:22.
9:00 - car in front of me got their food.
9:01 - car has pulled up in drive thru behind me.
9:05 - I have been asked to pull forward bc they are waiting on fish to cook.
9:06 - I thought to myself at least it's fresh but also being generous with time, fish takes 10 - 12 mins to cook.
9:10 - rethinking my life choices and how I mistakenly pulled into Zaxbys and I should've went with it.
9:15 - Catching up on my Netflix shows. 😊
9:20 - Editing videos for my social media. (ADHD has kicked in)
9:21 - Wondering why Wendy's sign across the street says, "Order the caramel salted shake or be salt" Definitely don't wanna be like Lot's Wife! IYKYK! 🤷🏽♀️
9:22 - Car behind me has pulled off. 🥹
9:23 - Yayyyyyy food's here, from an apologetic employee! However, comma, with burnt bits on it! So thoughtful to give me the day's leftover gunk! Yumm-O! 😋😋
Anyways do with this information what you will. Thank you for coming to my...
Read moreLet me start by saying we are regular customers. If i could give a zero rating I most certainly would! I placed my order at 1:18 PM and didn’t receive my food until 1:43PM. I had to remind the young man that I ordered two plates, and then had to wait even longer for the second one—all during my lunch break. I ended up spending around 25 minutes or longer waiting on two “Everyday Meal Deals,” which is unacceptable.
My husband politely asked the young man at the counter if we could get a complimentary drink due to the delay. The young man seemed unsure and said he didn’t know, so my husband suggested he check with the manager. The young man went to the back and, spoke to whom i assumed was the manager. Your manager responded by saying we could get water—as if that was a reasonable offer for the inconvenience. Her attitude was incredibly unprofessional.
If customers stop coming, there’s no business to manage. I strongly suggest providing your staff, especially management, with customer service training. This kind of experience is exactly why some businesses lose loyal customers. Unfortunately, you’ve...
Read moreWent there to get 3 kids meals for my children who love Captain D’s. They told me that they don’t have lids for the small cups and that I would have to upgrade to a large drink which would be $3 extra. I explained that I didn’t think that was fair because I do not need 3 large drinks. It’s not my fault that there aren’t any lids. As a courtesy, they shouldn’t have tried to force me to upgrade. And lately every time we’ve been there, they were out of things like fries, hush puppies, and breadsticks. So, I asked for a refund and they thought it was smarter to take the food back and dispose of it rather than just give us the larger cup without trying to force me to pay an upgrade fee for something that wasn’t my fault. So you lose almost $20 while trying to save 3 cups. I asked for the district manager’s number and I believe it’s a fake number that I was given. Needless to say I got the refund and will be taking a break from this...
