Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cleveland

I haven't eaten Pizza Hut or at this location in years, and I see why they don't have as many customers anymore. It needs to go out of business. It's not just this location, but several. It's a corporate issue that's probably cutting corners, which result in poor food quality and many franchises suffer in ratings. The sausage doesn't taste like real sausage anymore, or any meat for the matter that doesn't taste really like it's authentic. It makes you wonder WTH you're eating...it has a nasty after taste..I will do a detox to get this out of my body (I know TMI, but I digress)...Pizza Hut is not like it used to be back in the 80s and early 90s...I see why Lost Pizza stays packed with customers...I knew something might have been wrong when you really don't see it packed like it used to be...it's probably safer and cheaper to make your own pizza nowadays that's much healthier...

This place does not even deserve a one star but in order to write this review I need to give something.

Phoned at 8pm to confirm address could be delivered which I was told yes. 09:00pm ordered from this place to be told it will be delivered in approx 50min to 1 hour. To only get a phone call at 9:30pm from the driver telling me the address was entered wrong in which I had given him then the correct address. Phoned again at 10 30pm to find out where my food is in which I was told it is out for delivery and there was only one driver this night. Also reason why my food was taking so long to be delivered was because I was the 4th in line for delivery.

Phoned again at 11 30pm for someone telling me my delivery had been voided 2 hours before because address could not been found.

Pathetic place need to find better staff too, bad service.

Ordered Pizza, at 22 minutes late past the delivery time, I called the Store. Lady on the phone gave me some run around and offered $4.00 and said delivery would be 10 more minutes. I said $4.00 wasnt enough of a discount for a pizza delivery that was going to be over an hour before I got the pizza. I gave them a choice either a better discount or the could keep the pie. Lady said $4.00 was best they could do. So employees at Pizza Hut got them a free meal. Lady said it would take 2 weeks to have my money refunded, I called BS. I'll just call card and stop transaction. While typing this review the driver showed up an extra 10 mins than the 10 mins. She said no one called to cancel order. She said Pizza Hut delivery in Cleveland is normally an Hour, I replied Dominos and Papa John's is not. Wont be ordering Pizza Hut from Cleveland...
