Went to this store a few days ago(i donât live in this city so itâs not often i go there but since i had to go back today 3/26/24 i stopped back by). I purchased an alcoholic beverage case of âmoms drinksâ when i got home and open them one was leaking so two days later i brought them back(today) the clerk told me they couldnât refund me and i was fine with that but they told me i needed a manager to exchange them. The manager Paul came out who was on his phone and not really paying attention to me or my concern, looked at the box and said itâs not wet(which was two days ago so of course it dried up) he said oh weâre not taking that back as in though i had a reason to lie. If youâre here in Cleveland trying to exchange something that was damaged from THEIR location please do bother. This was unprofessional and unrealistic as why canât i exchange something that was damaged at your location?!...

This was an in and out experience as I was traveling and needed both fuel and to grab a few things. Noticing the sales, I grabbed some additional items to add to what I'd been asked to pickup. The building is nicely laid out and the flow of moment through the store was seamless. The restroom is prominently located and is unisex with a large wheel chair accessible door. The staff is friendly and self check out makes for a convenient and quick exit.
