Cleveland Public Library - Fulton Branch — Restaurant in Cleveland

I have been coming to Fulton library around 30 years, Used to be always pleasant and used to be real quiet.I used to go to school and study and do homework in the computers. Then it was a pleasure and and a place where you could study. Now it's sooo much noise. Even the people working in here talk sooo loud. But not everyone it's loud but they are very helpful. All of them. Just something have to be done about disturbing others...

The building and book selection is very good. However, the staff was not very helpful and didn't seem interested in her job and was a bit rude. And she appeared to be the only staff present.
