Coney Isle Custard — Restaurant in Cleveland

I've been going to this place since the 80's and I love the soft serve ice cream!!!! So my wife and I stoped in today bc we sceen they were open (yay) 04=08-24 we played $6.75 for two cups of ice cream so my wife had the $ and paid the man with a $20 bill and .75 in change and I was asking my wife for a lighter for my half of cig. B4 we had our treat so she went and sat down to get it for me (not paying attn.) Then our ice cream was ready so after we ate we went home and she realized she didn't get her $14 change so I go back up there and spoke to the man nicely (sir we believe we didn't receive our change) then he insisted he gave her the $ so I said well she probably put it where she wouldn't usually put it so I leave and thought hmm maybe he will find out when he does count tonight so I turn around and go back to ask him if he could maybe find out when he does his count tonight and he cut me off and got real nasty and said I gave change go away well what im trying to say is BE SURE YOU GET YOUR CHANGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THAT WINDOW BC YOU WILL NOT GET IT. Needless to say I will not be returning to this buisness unless there is new ownership ....shame on you for not trying to be a honest...

Great fast service but the guy could of put lids on everything I ordered.the female that was working was great but the elderly guy that gve me my stuff kinda lightweight has attitude and seemed kind of in a rush handing me...

Best ice cream shop ... I started working here when I was little girl I started eating this ice cream when I was a little girl this man has not changed anything he is loyal to the method...
