always has decent service (at certain times and day) good quality food not cheap but not expensive either it's been like that for years, it hasn't changed. real food. not no fake powdered eggs, real corned beef, I've seen it get cooked. don't get me wrong there is certain days I'll come in and certain days I won't come in. it just depends on the type of service you like and what you don't like. if you want someone bubbly that checks on you constantly or if you want someone that leaves you alone during your meal. depends on you. the boss always looks out for his customers. he makes sure you get your money's worth but he also won't let you play him just to get somthing for free. and the boss is NOT racist, he was actually the first person ever on storer to hire a black and a Latino person. and the same people have been there for 17+ years. I love this place it's very homey. it's not a 5 star restaurant but it's a cute little home style diner. and if you want a good laugh just listen to them ramble and you will get a good laugh. I’ve been regularly ordering from this place for a while now, mostly delivery. It almost seems like they go anywhere because no matter where I moved to (valley rd, Fulton parkway, 73rd) they always delivered to me and at any time. I get the same thing from them pretty much every time (burger and sea salt fries) and whatever anyone else is with me gets and the food is always pretty decent. Delivery time fluctuates between getting it pretty quickly (within a half an hour) to waiting 400 million years so I guess it depends on how busy they are and who’s available to deliver. They are always nice to me and I’ve never had issues with the order besides maybe one or two times they forgot something but they always took the time to fix it. Probably one of my fave places to order from when I don’t want to spend to much but get a decent amount of food. This place is a joke. I used to work here and I had to deal with being sexually objectified and my personal life gossiped about behind my back and to my face. I moved out of that wretched neighborhood 12 years ago, and haven't set foot in that dump since. I used to work with the owner's then-girlfriend, and she would bus my tables after me and pocket my tips. When I told the owner, he (not surprisingly) took her side. I was in a bad spot in my life and this joker took advantage of me being desperate for any amount of money to try to support my then-infant son & deadbeat now-exhusband. Basically, if you're a female and refuse to kiss his ass or get your knees dirty, then he has nothing for you. Not even respect.
