Tried this place for the 3rd time today. Really liked it the first two times...sadly the 3rd time was not the charm.
1 - placed my order at 12:24, email said it would be ready at 12:34. I got there at 12:35, and the order wasn't on the shelf. they were really packed/busy, so I decided I would give them a few. We'll by 12:54 it still hadn't been brought out, so I went up to the counter when there was finally a moment they were free, and the girl walks back and brings it up says "Sorry they were keeping it back there to keep it warm". Why in hell would they do this? Why have a shelf for pick up orders if you're not going to use it? Especially since the first time I went there I told them I had an online order and they pointed to the pick up shelf. Zaxbys doesn't have an issue doing this, even when they're busy. Why does Jack's? I was so angry I waited so long, I even left without my drink that I paid for. Which brings me to issue #2.
2 - The previous two times I went here even though I had an online order and it was on the shelf, I had to go to the counter to get my drink. Why in the world would they operate this way? This totally takes away the benefit of ordering online. Why would I do that if I have to go to the counter anyways? Again Zaxby's has no problem doing this.
3 - I was logged into my account while placing this order. I am still logged into my account. However the online order email said to get credit for it to log into my account next time. My previous two orders did not have this message so it is not just an automated thing. Clearly there is something going on with their app.
I live 6.1 miles from this restaurant and spent almost an hour just trying to pick up what should have been a quick online order. Honestly the food here is really good. especially the chicken which I find to be better than anything else around here I've had, but this experience really puts me...
Read moreI have tried this store several times since they have open some of the time has been good but not all the time they have bad service really bad service I even called the service ladies team ladies talking about me behind the counter my phone had a glitch in it and I had first went through the drive-thru and had a problem with my phone and when I came in I overheard the ladies talking about me behind the counter and then when I went to get my milkshake I felt like it was uneasy it didn't look great and I have a peanut allergy and I felt like something could have been done to my milkshake so I asked him to remake it the next day I came into it to get me a meal and sit down and just take a load off without the kids just Mom time I was served a really hard bread couldn't even bite in it to where I let them touch it themselves and they realized that it was hard then I overheard the managers say to the workers make sure you give her fresh bread and that second sandwich was undercooked soft bread but not will not be back there my mom has had problems with this restaurant as well with the chicken being undercooked and and overly cooked at the same time q I was giving them a break because they just opened they have a lot of teenagers running the place they do not have a good system in place is very poorly...
Read moreMy wife and I decided to try Jacks after only being open five days. We were truly surprised. Upon entering everything was so clean, there was someone keeping the floor swept as well as keeping the tables cleaned off. The kitchen seemed very organized as our order was ready before we could leave the counter. We were very surprised at the prices. We’re planning to try it again this weekend. Thank you so much to the owners and staff of the new restaurant.
Well , I was completely wrong about this review. Since I’m not able to leave but one review on this restaurant I’m going to alter this one. My wife and I made another effort to visit this restaurant. The young girl taking our order wasn’t listening. She read the order back to my wife several times. Each time it was incorrect. After my wife corrected her once again both orders managed to come out wrong. It’s clear that the employees of this restaurant have had inadequate training. While this was going on the manager was just standing in the office doorway doing nothing ! I went back to the counter for a drink refill and the girl walked away.
