After arriving at Tres Hermanos today at 7:30 ish with some friends to eat, we received very poor service. The little girl who was waiting on us, served all but 2 in our group. We had a large group, and this has never been a problem before. After most everyone had finished eating, Someone from our group went to ask about our food and the lady at the cash register stated that "we have 2 large parties" (ours being one of them and the other was done eating, in the room beside us.) She stated that she understood that we were one of them and just checking on the rest of the food. The waitress came back to our table to let is know that the kitchen had "screwed up our orders." She offered to bring us more drink. I requested to boxes and to cancel my order. After about 15 minutes, my wife went to get the tickets and boxes. The girl at the front counter told her that out waitress had our tickets and said "your welcome" with an attitude. As my wife returned to the table, the waitress was handing out the tickets. ( no boxes) Our ticket still had the food we had not gotten. My wife asked if she could have a ticket that reflected what we had received. The waitress rolled her eyes and said "have the cashier fix it." I asked to speak with a manager. She told me to sit down. The she said " no, I'm working". I went to speak with the manager. The lady who was managing the disaster, thought this was funny. When asked if I needed anything else, I stated that I would like an apology fro the waitress to me and my wife. The manager to me that this would not happen. I told her that I would advertise for her and Tres Hermanos Mexican Restaurant. My family, friends and myself will never be treated this way again. Read moreWe noticed immediately how stingy the salsa was for us all to share about a half cup in one small dish between us. I asked the owner as he was seating another table if we could please get more salsa, he seemed very arrogant as he sneered "Sure" sarcastically at me. After 10 minutes he nor the waiter came back. One of us got up and had to ask for some more, waiting again for about 5 more minutes. The "full" order of nachos wasn't even 2/3 of the plate. Two of us split an order of fajitas ordering another salad plate that comes with the fajitas for the other person. The fajitas were average no complaints. When we got the bill they charged us $8 for the extra salad plate with rice, beans and lettuce, Pico, etc. We just thought it was an error expecting them to apologize for charging that, calling it a fajita salad. The very unprofessional looking and acting manager said it was no mistake. The fajitas for one was only 6$ more for everything including meat & the salad plate. Had we known we would've actually just ordered another order of fajitas instead of splitting it. It was an opportunity for them to up sell. If they were smart business people, they would have trained the staff to do that, rather than the poor decision to do anything but this. The manager couldn't have cared less. We actually liked the food despite her ugly demeanor and might've come back except she kept saying she didn't care if we ever came back and didn't care if we left a bad review. Read moreI placed a order over the phone my total was 13 and change and then called and added to order my new total was then 26 and some change when i went and picked up mu order and paid my 26.00 I realized when I got home I was missing a meal so I called and the girl said its atvthe window cause the bagged it separate to come pick it up. When I went to pick it up the girl at when window said it needed to pay for I told her that when I order the girl said my total for both was 26 and some change she said she only charged for one soni gave her my card again. My transaction went through today not only did they charge me card the 26 and some change but there was the second charge for 12.55 when I went up there to have it refunded the guy behind the counter understood the mistake. But when he called his General Manager his General manager acted like he didn't care like I was lying. I told I just wanted the 12.55 refunded cause that was their mistake and he was said he work that day and he would have to look into it. He asked if I had my receipts I was never given any and the guy behind the counter told him that was the afternoon their printers went down. He took my number and said he would call me if he decides to grant me a refund. This was very poor customer service on their part. I advise anyone that eats here make sure you are 100% sure they charge you correctly. Cause they are not willing to help...
