December 4th around 9:20 AM Terrible experience I felt targeted and embarrassed , I come here often but after this experience I will no longer return to this location nor my coworkers. This woman this white lady the only cashier chubby young decided to call her coworker to make sure that I'm scanning all my items , which is weird because why wouldn't I . One of my items were not scanned I had no clue of that because why would I not want to scan my food right. She made a big scene about some shredded cheese ma'am just go ahead and rescan it and if you seen it didn't scan while the store is super busy you're zooming in on me , there's about 10 people on the line and all the check out area is packed what is your issue. The lady that was standing next to me she kept apologizing because she seen me , I've never stolen in my life but just to paint u a picture my shoes alone on my feet $1200 I drive a brand new Lexus , I was dressed from head to toe , Tom Ford ... looking beautiful as always .I'm not trying to be funny my point of this is to say ..do I look like I want to not pay for two or three dollars worth of cheese ,that's insane to me And you're going back-and-forth with your co worker that also is annoyed with you because why are you yelling across the store . all the other customers are hearing you yelling saying to make sure that everything else is scanned ,, crazy lady why don't you come over & do it yourself and again if you seen something was not scanned , why didn't you walk over and say excuse me Miss I don't think that scanned , I have no problem with that my issue is you're trying to embarrass a person for what reason ? The customers on her line was looking at her like she was crazy & doing way too much .. and for work you're still going to be a cashier , you're not getting a raise you're doing all this to get what brownie points? Do better aldi with training people not to...

Shopped today first thing when they opened and used the snap card to find out after leaving someone hacked my snap card! Went back to explain it to the manger he seemed like he was so put out and didn’t really care or have any empathy for me whatsoever. Went on to say he couldn’t give me any money wasn’t there to get any money but to have him aware of the situation. Poor management I felt and won’t be returning there again! When someone comes to your store maybe you should be alittle bit more caring other than to say I can’t give you any money! Please go to Aldi store and purchase they Foods fresh clean delicious cold foods I go there all the time every month or every week or every other two weeks but I love their foods and a cold drinks and the bags are cheap and also the price are very low I can shop $20 up there and get enough food to last me for the whole week I can't believe it that is my number one store I'm so glad they moved up on West 150th and Lorain thank you so much Aldi I will be back every week every month thank you for being there for me and...
