Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cleveland

I went there as a Dasher, upon picking up the pizza order the person behind the counter started telling me how to do my Dasher job. My boyfriend has Prostate Cancer among other things. I wasn't paying any attention. After a moment I realized what she was doing. I told her I have been doing this for 5 years. I don't need her to tell me how to do my Dasher job. She started to tell me the reason why. Frankly I don't care and I just walked out. And as I arrived at my car a customer that was waiting for his own pizza followed after me telling me I owe her an apology. Why is a person hired to make pizza telling a Dasher how to do her job?
