Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Cleveland

Great food but terrible ordering process. When I arrived at the drive-through, which is the only other way to order besides doing it through Doordash because they closed the interior do to covid, the woman taking my order didn't seem to know English. When I ordered the two cheese steaks the woman didn't seem to know what they were. After about ten minutes of explaining to her what I wanted, I pulled up to the window, paid, and got my food and receipt. The receipt had two different names then the sandwiches I ordered. When I got home I looked inside the bag, they gave me a mushroom cheese steak and a bag of chicken nuggets, both of wich I did not order. Shouldn't even have ONE star. I went to Mr. Heros for a 10'' cheesesteak and regular fries. It was 8:47pm on 9/28/17. I received my food after spending almost 10 dollars. The cheesesteak was ice cold like it was premade and slapped together. The CHEESE was not even melted! Do you know freshly made sandwich that has cold cheese on it. I NEVER had this issue at this location. HORRIBLE FOOD. I will NEVER go to this place again, I will drive an extra 10 minutes and go to the one on puritas, too bad they were located right at the end...

There was a time where this place was decent, however judging by tonight's dinner, that time has come and past. I can appreciate that times are hard and getting certain items might be difficult, but that's no excuse to purposely ruin your products by trying to stretch them further. The cheese 'sauce' I got tonight was so watered down it barely stuck to the fries.. The over priced sandwiches were basically bread. I wasted 60 dollars of my hard earned money to treat my family.
