Economy Produce — Local services in Cleveland

If you are in the produce/logistics industry and need product restacked or crossdocked- do yourself a favor and avoid this company. They charged me $450 for a restack and our truck didn’t get 10 miles down the road before everything fell over. I called to report what happened and I think I spoke to John. He didn’t seem to care and said there is nothing he can do. We then sent the truck to International Specialty Produce and they were wonderful. This place is a absolute fing joke. Appointments apparently don't matter here had a appointment at 0430 on 9/18 and get told no one will be here till 0300 on the 19th something not right here. Guy that was talking to me wasn't very professional and got told I don't care what our website says no one will be here today. So now dispatch has to try and figure out what to do for this load plus our reloads we had to get today. Definitely a joke of a place and...
