McDonald's — Restaurant in Cleveland

Each time I've visited, I've received horrible service. Last time, and I mean the last time, I went in to purchase a cup of coffee and had a wait in line of more than 15 minutes. Finally, at my turn there was no change for my $20 bill for a desperately needed cup of coffee. Instead of checking with the busy morning drive-thru cashier, this cashier (who later admitted to being a manager) told me that I, after waiting all this time could not get a comped small coffee because I didn't have the change. Solution: "I" asked the window cashier, who came to the counter for a different reason, if she had change for a $20. She said "yes" while standing right next to the cashier who turned me away. Why couldn't HE have asked her for the change?!? This was a (major) minor that didn't have to add stress to an already icky wait period. And, on and on... I can't in good conscience recommend anyone to this McDonalds. One day several months ago, I even asked for a broom to sweep the lobby. It appeared they were short staffed and I had to wait, as usual, for food. There was lots of paper debris on the floor. The tables were dirty, too. They said that someone else would do it. I was new to this community then and sat in to eat after I asked for a table to be wiped clean. Even that time the manager had an argument with a customer. Needless to say, I didn't go back to eat in. I kept giving the benefit of the doubt until the $20 no-change for coffee incident. ...

It's zero stars was an option it would be too much for this McDonald's I specifically asked for fresh fries and nuggets The fries were cold the nuggets were hot but not fresh so I returned the fries and was given hotter fries but not fresh all the supervisor does here in the evening is yell at the staff and the customers alike cuts you off and refuses to listen it just seems like she was getting on everybody's nerves I witnessed her yell at a customer who was upset because he was waiting 10 minutes for cookies no hand sanitizer for customer use anywhere in the store that a female can access. The supervisor was touching all the counters and wiping her hands on her pants and touching everybody's food now that is just nasty I do not recommend this McDonald's at all I asked for two courtesy cups for water even though I witnessed a customer being given a courtesy cup I was told they don't have courtesy cups and it would be 50 cents I refuse to pay $0.50 for a cup for some water when I just bought food that was not how I ordered it and I told the manager that she needs to wash her hands and stop touching her clothes she said girl bye how rude was that!? As we pulled out of the parking lot she went outside to smoke a cigarette standing in the doorway that customers have to walk through I'm quite sure she did not wash her hands when she went back in that is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and the...

Put a mobile order in at 6:05 & went thru the drive thru. The speaker had a sign covering it that said to pull up to the first window to order. I pulled up to the first window and sat for 10 minutes, but didn’t see anyone - even though there were 3 cars outside & all the lights were on. I pulled up to the second window and waited. Then after a while, I decided to pull back around to the first window. This time I saw people, but they completely ignored me. I pulled up to the second window and finally got the attention of one of the crew members. He looked at me like I was insane for being there and begrudgingly opened the window. I said “You guys are open right? You opened at 6am?” He said yes. I said “okay, great! I placed a mobile order.” He proceeds to argue with me saying they never got it, even though I had placed it 25 minutes before at this point & was showing him the confirmation of the payment details and location. Then somehow they magically find my order & fill it. 30 minutes for 3 items. I was still kind & said thank you to the lady that handed it to me & this woman acted like I had cut off her right arm. 10/10 would...
