I hated to give it even one star . Today we had an over 39 minute wait in the drive thru I usually would not have waited this long but I was on my way to work and had my 7 yr old who wanted a happy meal. After waiting over 30minutes of waiting I get to the window for my food they have a customer squeeze in between my car and the window to get their forgot items all COVID protocol out the window they put us in danger my daughters happy meal only had 5 nuggets I said something about it and she looked at like I was being petty for saying something then she took my child’s nuggets in hand shakes them up while she’s talking like a prop to honestly show her disgust, our fries weren’t hot then to top it off once I got to my clients home my daughter opened her chocolate milk and it was spoiled I called cooperate before we knew about the milk called back once we saw it was spoiled and corporate hade given me a false address from the previous call the person made up an address that I have never heard of in my life so when u told her I gave no one that address ever instead of just getting the proper one she wanted to tell me how they always ask for an address I told her once again no one asked for my address and this one was made up by the previous rep for what reason I don’t know. I’m 44 and I have gone to McDonald’s one 152 since it was the historical one saw this one be built and will never return this location puts a stain on the franchise and Ray Crock it’s an embarrassment and the epitome of ghetto and trashy I still can’t believe we waited that long and my drink was in a McCafé cup which is much smaller then the fountain drink cups they Ben have bread racks turned over in the drive thru at all times to block the other lane just sad , I just gave them another chance today (8/29/22) my fish was burnt and there was only one pop selection and it taste like chemicals the owner needs his franchise taken an empire walked up To the window with a blunt...
Read morewow i actually went here twice today (no i'm not bragging)1st time: while i was at one of those kiosks i noticed 2 things there was a kiosk that had a printer problem (it said so both times i was there) and a customer mentioned there were flies which i had the chance to see later during the first visit. the kiosk i was at did not give me a receipt i ordered dine in and they did not bring me my food, they just called out my order, got my order 1 item of 3 items wrong and i had to go to the counter to get ketchup only good part about the first visit was the lady replaced my small fries with the medium i asked for and was not bothered that i did not have a receipt and she was able to tell i ordered from a kiosk. 2nd visit i went to the same kiosk ordered take out. no receipt from the kiosk the young lady at the register sounded slightly rude but i could tell there was no rudeness intended she was probably confused because i did the abnormal thing and ordered at the kiosk and choose to pay at the register. so i paid and wait a little over 5 minutes for 3 items. only seen 1 fly they were not house flies but those little ones that look just like a black spot with wings. I was surprised to see a few people looking barely old enough to drink taking management training classes during the first visit also. my guess for the service being noticeably slow regardless of the amount of customers is due to the pay. congrats Mickey D's ya'll deserve...
Read moreIf I could, I give it Zero Stars. This particular McDonalds on E. 152nd & St. Clair recently just had a great renovation job. Looks nice & classy on the outside but strongly ghetto on the inside. Renovation added two drive-thru lanes that merge into the same original lane they had before the renovation, which caused much confusion and backup into such a long line of cars that I had to get out of drive thru line and walk inside to order. Once inside, it was many people inside and a lol of frustrated customers, lots of yelling and arguing between the manager & a customer. This One large-sized gentleman complained about the service and he wanted his Money back before he got his order because he had been standing there for a long time and had seen customers come in and walk out with their food. The manager replied that the drive-thrus came first and said he wasn't getting his Money back. He made a statement saying something like what kind of ghetto McDonald's is this? Then she said to him why did his fat a_ _ came there to eat here for? He asked to speak to the manager and she said I am the manager and called him a fat M.F. In the back of their kitchen, you could see an employee next to a drive-thru open window smoking a cigarette; and this was around the food? Yikes! This was the worst McDonalds I've ever been to.
