Maybe the cashier was having a bad night or somethin but..... anyway we had to have a “COME TO JESUS MEETIN.” When we were making our order at 10:10 tonight she said “ We close at 11pm. I said “ok good we have plenty of time.”She then said “No we have to be out of here by 11pm” I said “oh ok we got plenty of time.” She then ask if we were eating here and I told her yes. She said then for us to eat on the north side, told her no problem. Then we were finishing up and she came to our table and said “ I have already taken the garbage out so When y’all get thru take your garbage to the back, I just knew I was misunderstanding her so I asked her where is the back that we are to take it to? Where in the back? She then acted like she was a little frustrated so she finally said just put it on the counter and I will take it out. Then My youngest wanted some water in his cup to dilute his drink because it was too strong. She told him he couldn’t do that. So momma hen went up and asked her why could he not get water, she said hold on, I then asked asked for the manager and then explained my my bad experience with his place of business & cashier had been very snotty all night. I always ask for fresh chalupa bread for my chicken chalupa order and it never fails, they always give me chalupa bread that has already been dropped and sitting around. I called in to inform them that it was not fresh and was told to come back in for a redo. After speaking directly to the same manager again and co-workers I emphasized again fresh chalupa bread. This happened around 3:45pm February 8, 2022. I came back in days later for a redo and the employee asked me did I have the old sandwich. The manager told him "just make it." I then asked her doesn't fresh mean a freshly dropped/deep-fried chalupa? She said, "No." I said well when I say fresh I want a freshly dropped chalupa. By that time the employee was nearly done making the chalupa and it was clear he didn't use fresh chalupa bread as I requested. He brought me the 2 chalupas without the hard taco that comes with the combo and told me, "Next time bring muthaf__k_s back." I was stunned at the language and at that point decided to never come back to that store again and say nothing else and leave. The wait was ridiculous. There were two people in front of me at the drive through and no one was taking orders from the speaker box. Most people got out of line. Eventually someone started taking orders and I got the cravings box and specifically asked for no tomatoes on my chalupa and a soft taco instead of a crunchy one. When They gave me the box it had no tomato written on it but didn't actually take the tomatoes off and they gave me the crunchy taco instead of the soft taco I specifically asked for.
