I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received today at your Cleveland, Mississippi location, and I am beyond fed up with the complete lack of professionalism shown by your staff. This is the third time I’ve placed an order through the Popeyes app only to be met with either no order at all—despite being charged—or a store that is clueless and unprepared.
Today’s experience was the final straw. I placed and paid for my order through your app, only to arrive and be told that my food was given to someone else. Instead of fixing the mistake, your employees chose to speak to me with inexcusable rudeness and disrespect, accusing me of trying to get a second order when I hadn’t received anything to begin with. The language and tone used were completely unacceptable and a disgrace to any business claiming to serve the public.
I was then told I needed to go cancel the order in the app and reorder—which I could not even do because that option wasn’t available. After wasting 30 minutes of my time, your staff finally gave me my order, but not before making snide, unprofessional comments, including, “this will be the last time—we’re losing money,” and admitting that they don’t even verify who picks up mobile orders.
If this is how Popeyes operates, I’ll make it my mission to ensure everyone in the Mississippi Delta knows how pathetic and disgraceful your service is. I will be disputing the charge with my bank immediately. As for your store management and staff: they should be terminated without hesitation. And frankly, if this is the level of “service” Popeyes endorses, maybe the entire franchise in Cleveland needs to be shut down permanently. Because if this is your business model—it won’t survive much longer.

For example, today I didn't get my requested sauces with a family-sized order of chicken strips, and my "large" orders of mashed potatoes were only half full. Food taste is usually on-point - and that's why I'll revisit from time to time, but don't be surprised if spice items get mixed in with normal flavours. Don't touch the counter if you go inside because it's usually sticky, tables often sit dirty for 30+ minutes, the floor is slick with grease (take care walking in on a rainy day), and the restrooms stink of urine. Every time I visit and have gone to this establishment I've only ever experienced POOR customer service and EXTREMELY long waits. Waited 24 minutes on 3 prices of chicken!! And when I went in to check on my food as we were told to pull to a wait lane. I discovered the employees, watching videos on multiple phones, joking, laughing, and ignoring orders!!!!!!! 2 people walked out if the place before they even discovered I was in the lobby waiting nearly 30 minutes on 3 prices of Chicken!!!
