Spring Garden — Restaurant in Cleveland

I literally just got off the phone after attempting to place an order this evening. I specifically requested 2 dinner orders of general tso, 2 side egg rolls, and an order of crab rangoon. The lady whom was on the phone replied by changing the dinner order to a combo. I attempted to correct the mistake and explained that what I wanted was a full dinner order with a side tote of rice as this lady continued to say hold on 1 second 3 times. I finally realized she was speaking to me and not one of the other employees in the building. So I stopped talking and as I did I overheard this lady say "how many times do I have to tell this guy to hold on, I told him so many times" in a frustrated manner. I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service of what used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. After being spoke to the way I just was, I will never order from them again and I suggest everyone else follow suit. No one deserves to be treated like that. This lady deserves to be fire immediately, which I will be calling their manager...

WOW! How can there be so many good reviews and the food be so nasty? I ordered from here because the place I normally order from was closed on Monday. Thought I would give this a try based on the good reviews. Red flag went up with the person that took order sounded like I was inconveniencing them, but I still ordered because I was hungry. Here is what I ordered: Spring roll that I am certain they forgot to fill it with everything. Shrimp roll, was very dark and way overcooked and full of grease. House special chow mai fun with $5 extra chicken. When I picked it up they confirmed $5 extra chicken. When I got home and opened the box, it was filled with noodles and had a strange smell, I later figured it was a burnt fried egg. Not only did they not put $5 extra chicken they did not put much of anything else in. There was literally just a box of flavorless bland noodles. ABSOLUTELY...

I Ordered on Monday orange chicken and wonton soup it tastes good but then I ate the left overs the next day and by Tuesday afternoon I was puking and diarrhea and cramps in my stomach and my dog ate it with me and was puking also and then I went to the hospital and they told me I hade food poisoning due to what ever I ate and that’s all I ate that day prior to going to the hospital which they thought I had a bowel obstruction that’s how bad it was . my upper intestine was clogged and inflamed so bad . And not to mention I went up to tell her at the store what had happened to me and she just stared and stared like I was speaking a foreign language and didn’t even be considerate and say sorry or nothing horrible service I will never eat there again...
