I stopped in today for a delicious cup of Starbucks coffee for an afternoon pick me up. There was no one in line and the two employees were not making drinks for anyone waiting. They were cleaning which is truly appreciated and we are all thankful for that. Tiffany said, "We'll be with you in a few minutes." I thought to myself a few minutes? Is cleaning more important than helping a customer? After what I felt was a reasonable amount of wait time especially since they weren't helping anyone else. I picked up my keys and prepared to leave. I told them I only wanted a medium coffee medium roast. She looked at me and never said one word. I have never had a problem with Starbucks but it may be a very long time before I go back...if ever. Tiffany does not need a job working with the public apparently she is not a people person!...
Read moreThis place is HORRIBLE. They don’t fill up the cup for iced coffee all the way. It’s enough that the Starbucks recipe calls for about half the cup being filled with ice, this places fills it up even less. AND they charge for nondairy milks used as creamer. I asked for a splash of coconut milk in my iced coffee and the lady taking our order—Anne—said they have to charge for it. Not only that but she was also extremely rude. I don’t even know how they’re licensed to have a starbucks if they don’t follow the recipes. It’s like they look for every little detail they can charge...
Read moreI’ve been coming here for years. Steady decline. 3 workers. They only can take one order and make one drink at a time. 4 people in line. 12 min to get to order and 6 min to get an espresso with nothing in it. It come to a point where as much as I love Starbucks’s espresso I’ll need to switch . It’s truly absurd to watch these people work if you can call it that. Oh and it’s a Monday at 11am. Not busy.
