Subway — Restaurant in Cleveland

If I could give this place negative Stars I would. I came in today to order a steak n cheese sub. When the indian guy was making my sandwich, he kept running the oven for 5 seconds and then opening and closing the door. I thought that was odd but then i bit into the sandwich and the Sandwich was ice cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. I took it back and they tried making it again. Same procedures. I asked him why he was opening and closing the oven. They told me the oven was not working properly. So why are you making sandwiches with a broken oven? Tjose ovens are designed to have pre set times for each sandwich. There is no reason you should ever have to open and close the door unless its done cooking. I know this! This is some cheap cost savings thing theyre pulling because they dont want to fix or get a new oven. I asked for a refund and they only gave me part of the money back, which I argued with them on, and the guy was extremely rude to me. I ultimately went down the street to the one on Brookpark Rd and they told me that most of their customers come from being dissatisfied with this store. This place is a dumpster fire, and pulling cheap tricks like using a broken oven because you don't want to fix it, is cheating people! Also you should refund people the full amount for an inferior product! That's a straight up scam! Not surprised though. Never coming back again and I will be reporting this store to their corporate office!...

Thankfully my meat was not old veggies are right on the line of needing too be replaced and it was 1030am that I went which means the veggies are yesterday's which im ok with if stored correctly. I came to this location at least once a week. I will not be returning. Its under new management now and they jacked the prices on the sandwiches. I came in today to order my usual which is a foot long meatball with double cheese a foot long spicy Italian double cheese add turckey and 3 cookies which runs me about $20.00. I also added a 6 inch turckey sub. So we add what another 6 bucks.... No they wanted to charge me $38.00.... I asked why so much she said because I wanted different toppings on half and half they was charging me for 5 six inch subs and 3 cookies. So I went home and pulled up the subway order online and ordered the exact same thing and the exact same way and the total was 23.00. Not no 38.00. Never again...
