China Wok — Restaurant in Cleveland

Ordered carry out for the first time at this restaurant, the food was ready super fast, and the cashier at the counter was friendly and professional. I ordered the sesame chicken with pork fried rice, the rice was amazing, the chicken was a little chewy and had too much breading. Next time, I'd like to order a chicken dish that's not breaded and fried... anyway, I also got an egg roll, which tasted very fresh and yummy. And last but NOT least, we got a side of crab rangoons, which were phenomenal! It came with a HUGE portion of that sweet red sauce to dip the rangoons in, however that was my least favorite thing to be honest. The red sauce was actually TOO sweet and had an overwhelming scent that smelled like artificial room fragrance. The crab rangoons were so delicious on their own, they honestly didn't even need that sweet sauce anyway. The food was like 3.5 out of 5: the rice, crab rangoons, and egg roll were great, sesame chicken was alright, red sweet sauce was a no. Overall, good experience, I would go back...

I will not order from this place anymore I ordered a large rib and they delivered me ribs with no meat on them and called them about it they said they knew about it that they were delivered to them like that and they have a new order in tonight that has alot of meat on them and the next time I order they will give me 30% off unsteady of giving me a new order of ribs very upsetting they lost a loyal customer that orders from them all the time tried to blame the delivery guy at first saying I don't know what the delivery guy did to the food when he left here we have alot of local working for us I had to correct him that the delivery people don't have anything to do with what you people serve then that's when he admitted that the ribs were delivered to them that way and instead of sending them back to the company they still served them and ripped everyone off never will have our business again hope they shut this place...

Ordered pick up about 3 weeks ago. On my way to pick it up I was in a terrible accident. These people BLEW MY PHONE UP FOR DAYS. Over and over. Because I obviously never made it in to pick up my food. The first 2 hours after I ordered, I was being transported to a hospital in an ambulance with severe injuries. They called me over and over and over and over, a police officer had initially answered there calls, as they were calling private after a while. They must have thought I was pranking them. So they continued calling my work phone over and over. Extremely unprofessional!!!! There food isn't even that good, they always forget a bunch of stuff anyways. I'm just shocked how they handled...
