Third Place — Restaurant in Cleveland

We used the Third Place to host a post funeral gathering with friends and family. I coordinated with Kevin who was extremely helpful, accommodating, and responsive. We had a side of the bar partioned off for our group and ordered pizza and salad ahead of time for the group (we brought our own desserts). The pizza was phenomenal, hot, and on time. Bartenders were attentive to the guests to get their orders. The pricing for the event was also very reasonable (no charge to host, only charge was for food/beverages purchased). Third Place serves a great pizza. Rec'd a response from the owner Kevin regarding my review. I'm sure he doesn't know who I am but, my wife and our grandsons use to walk up to the Third place about once a week. Our grandsons still opt to go there whenever given there choice of places to eat. We have been going there since they first opened. The food is always exceptional (we have had the chicken often and it is great). Terrible, terrible service!! We walked in on a Sunday night around 9pm. It was not crowded at all. Bar had about 10 to 12 people, and one or two tables had patrons. Noticed no waitress, just bartenders. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come to our table in front of the bar. No one came over. My husband had to go up to the bar to order our beers. We wanted to eat there, but after 20 minutes and still no one asking if we needed a menu or wanted to order, we left and went to another bar/restaurant. We didn't even finish...
