I went in to get an MRI yesterday morning for a workmans comp claim. I updated all my info in their system with their registration person in the office. Then yesterday during lunch my dr's office called for the results and was told they were at lunch and the results would be sent as soon as they return. Now this morning I'm getting called from my job stating that I failed to get my MRI done to comply with the workmans comp claim. The dr's office and my job were both told that I didn't show up for my MRI. I called personally and found out that they still had my records under my maiden name, had the wrong dr listed, and had the wrong insurance company listed (insurance comp that I've never even heard of). The lady I spoke to ARGUED with me that I didn't have an MRI done with them. I even told her the guy's name that did the MRI and that he also had a damaged left arm. She then put me on hold and came back stating they have it but they can't find a radiologist to read it???? After hanging up I remembered they had the wrong insurance info so I called back to make sure they had it correct so THEY could get paid and again, they had no record of my name, MRI, or anything. I had to go thru the whole process of changing my last name AGAIN. This time I got the person's name (Stephanie) because she raised her voice at me and was very rude. She ARGUED with me that the insurance company was correct and I explained to her the company she was stating was absolutely incorrect and requested that she look at the insurance card that was scanned in yesterday morning. Then she proceeded to tell me that the scan was too blurry to read. The call ended with her hanging up on me.
I would not recommend going to this office for anything unless you have time to deal with missing reports, mixed up records, and very...
Read moreUpdate: They have now been billing me for $50 no show fee after I literally called them and told them I would not be able to come to the appointment because I was not given enough notice to get off work. This utterly ridiculous. What kind of company is this?? My doctor scheduled the appointment for me and notified me on a Friday late afternoon with the appointment scheduled the following Monday morning. That's not my fault that I couldn't make that appointment and I tried to call Monday morning first thing to reschedule and was told I wouldn't be able to reschedule without paying a $50 no show fee. Since this, I've gone to Bradley Medical for my tests and have had no issues with them. I won't be paying this fee either.
Don't ever use this facility. My doctor scheduled me an appointment on 6/27/25 for today, 6/30/25. I was at work last Friday and didn't get the voicemail until after 6pm when they were closed so I could not reschedule the appointment. I called this morning as soon as I could to reschedule because I'm working and unable to take off with no notice. I was told "due to a history of canceling before" the manager will not waive the $50 cancelation fee. The only time I've canceled that I can remember is when I was sick with covid. I've used this place for years with no issues. How is it fair that they want to charge me $50 when I didn't even get the notice of the appointment 24 business hours prior to the actual appointment? That's insane! Go to Prime Imaging or the hospital instead. This facility will never get my...
Read moreI've been in severe pain, anxiously awaiting an MRI. Less than 24 hrs before my appointment, I received a call from someone in the billing department, informing me that Cleveland Imaging requires that 20% of the out-of-pocket cost be paid up front and that I would only have 3 additional months to pay the rest off in full. The payments would have been over $100 per month! I had no objection to the total cost of treatment and could have easily paid the bill if they would have been willing to extend the payments, but the staff member was not even willing to discuss a more reasonable payment plan that I could afford. He was not particularly friendly, and I don't think he could have cared less about me as a patient. I called back later, and a manager said that they could only extend these expensive payments for one additional month. That was more of an insult than a proposed solution because one month hardly even budges the amount of that payment. Everyone I spoke with at Cleveland Imaging stressed the importance of strict, arbitrary policies. What about patient care and customer service? Something is seriously wrong when you have excellent health insurance through your workplace and can't afford a reasonably-priced procedure because the medical facility won't work with you at all on payments! It's even worse when they spring heavy expenses on you at the last minute when you've been dealing with severe pain while waiting for an...
