I live near this Wendys and do not go very often because of how poor the service is. Today I made the mistake of going when I should have known better. If i could take stars away here I honestly would. Even one star is above the review i would like to leave.

At first i was impressed that they had upgraded their menu board since my last time here and it did in fact look nice. However after being in the drive thru for about 25 mins I finally received my food, or what I thought was my food. One cursory look at the bag and I thought it was everything but I was wrong. So then I went inside to let them know I was missing an item. After standing near the counter for about 5 mins with a bag of food in hand and a receipt I had to call one of them for attention. They then apologized for the missing item and began making a new one. After they made it once they gave it to someone else. After about another 5 mins until they realized I was still waiting they made yet another sandwich for me. After about 40 mins all in all I finally had all the food for my party of three. One hot sandwich and the rest all cold food due to the wait time. Very unpleasant experience, I live in the area and should have known better than to come to this Wendys so I am not sure what I expected but this time I just had to leave a review. Save your time and your money, go somewhere else.

P.S. I ordered two four for fours and by the time we got everything back to eat them they were cold but they also had no bacon on them when they were ordered with Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers.
